Next to fashion I’m interested in architecture, literature, music (..) and interior design. You can find me wandering trough furniture stores on a random saturday afternoon. Somehow it ‘feeds’ me to observe the design chosen by an artist. Feed isn’t the right word, but I’ve tried a hunderd different sentences explaining the feeling I get whenever coming across a design I like and none came even nearby the the real thing. But maybe not being able to explain what you feel, is the beauty of a feeling.

Let’s not stray too far off the subject; a while back I discovered two vases during a stroll around town. On top of the great design based on origami paper, the vases are produced in Thailand and distributed by the brand Fair Trade Original. Fair Trade Original is a brand which sells products made by people of third world countries and which gives the craftsmen a fair price for their products.
